EtaFinance ("we," "us," or "our") operates a non-custodial, smart contract-based protocol
that enables decentralized exchange of digital assets.
By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge and accept the following
risks:
1. Blockchain & Smart Contract Risks

All transactions are executed on public blockchain networks, which are irreversible.

Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities, bugs, or exploits that could result in
partial or total loss of funds.

Even audited smart contracts carry risk due to unforeseen issues or changes in
underlying blockchain protocols.
2. Technology & Operational Risks

The Application may experience downtime, performance degradation, or unexpected
behavior.

Software or network failures, including those of third-party infrastructure (e.g., RPC
nodes), can delay or prevent transactions.

Upgrades, forks, or other changes to supported blockchains can disrupt service or affect
asset transfers.
3. Market Risks

Digital assets are highly volatile and may lose value rapidly or become worthless.
- Liquidity availability may affect the execution, timing, or cost of trades.

Price slippage and impermanent loss are inherent risks in decentralized exchanges.
4. Regulatory & Compliance Risks

Digital asset activities may be subject to laws and regulations in one or more
jurisdictions.

Regulatory changes, enforcement actions, or sanctions could restrict or prohibit the use
of the Application in certain areas.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and
regulations.
5. Security Risks

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and private keys.
- Any compromise of your wallet or device can result in the loss of assets.

Phishing, malware, or other malicious activity targeting your device or wallet can cause
irrecoverable losses.
6. No Custody & No Guarantees

EtaFinance does not custody funds, guarantee transaction completion, or provide recovery
services.

All transactions are executed "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any
kind.
User Acknowledgment
By using EtaFinance, you expressly acknowledge that:
- You have read and understand this Risk Disclosure.

You accept full responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes related to your
use of the Application.

You will not hold EtaFinance, its affiliates, or its team members liable for any losses,
damages, or claims arising from your use of the Application.
If you do not agree with these risks or are not prepared to accept full responsibility for
your use of the Application, do not use the service.
